The first doll I made went home to a little girl and she said, "Hey, you look like me!" And that birthed my dream behind why I wanted to make these dolls - for little girls of all ethnicities, and all abilities and disabilities to be able to find dolls that look like them. Dolls that will remind them that they are beautiful, preciously and uniquely created to do something amazing in this world.

What You Need to Know
Custom orders TURN AROUND TIME is 3-5 days BEFORE shipping unless otherwise stated on the item listing.
Shipping is an additional 3-5 days (sometimes longer on the holidays), if you need it sooner please purchase the RUSH LISTING in our shop & contact me before purchase. Please order early to insure you get your items timely. When your order ships you will receive a email notification containing the tracking information.
*We are responsible for your lovely purchase until it reaches the Post Office. We are not responsable for lost, damaged or mis-delivered packages. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package, purchase the SHIPPING INSURANCE listing in our shop. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS
* ADDRESS CHANGES* we CAN NOT make any changes to shipping addresses when the order is placed. Please make sure that you shipping address is entered correctly during check out. Shipping labels are automatically generated to the address as entered by the buyer. If an order is returned do to an incorrect address you will be requred to re-purchase shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS* All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or faulty. If it was an error on my part returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be UNWORN ORIGINAL condition and sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund Custom made orders are non-returnable. Please contact me with any problems and I will do my best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to me.
